We recognize that the effectiveness of any programming rests on the capacity to mobilize local communities and stimulate their participation in the design, development, and implementation of contextually-sound
interventions.

We apply this in promoting the education of young people through community mobilization and
dialogues as well as support to local capacities, infrastructure, management, and leadership structures within
schools in the West Nile sub-region.
