WENIPS envisages a Ugandan society where women and men enjoy the same economic rights including access to and ownership of productive assets, making independent and joint decisions on ownership and utilization of household assets, and access to finance among others.

That is why we adhere to representation of 60:40 ratio for women and men in our VSLAs, FGs and other beneficiary clusters. We adopt rights-based approaches in our programming.
