At WENIPS, we appreciate that cultures, values, and attitudes constitute people’s mindsets, more like a software that shapes people’s orientations, perspectives and ways of life which affect the way a person relates with others and the environment.

Over the years, WENIPS has worked to change the mindset of rural community on a number of social and economic aspects including the relationship between and the roles of men and women in society, environmental concerns, adoption of best practices in agriculture, agriculture as a business especially among
young people, attitudes and myths around business and money, among others. These have culminated in the development of a number of training packages. Include:
