Provision of Upskilling, BDS Support, Start-Ups, Coaching and Mentorship for 210 Youth for 12 Months in Arua, Adjumani, Kiryandongo, Madi Okollo, Terego and Yumbe Districts

• 210 youth (80%), exceptions (20%)
• women (60%) and men (40%)
• Refugees (50%) and Host (50%)

Activities

Business Coaching and Mentorship:

• Select and train mentors/coaches
• Develop training manuals for BDS support
• Support business plan development and implementation
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and market linkages
• Facilitate access to financial institutions
• Provide digital literacy training
• Report on progress and app usage
• Collaborate with other Enabel projects
• Provide progress reports
